Membership Basics

Q: What is included with my monthly membership?
Our monthly memberships give you anywhere from 60, 90 or 120 minutes of jump time daily depending on the membership package purchased for a flat monthly fee.  Each level package also includes different perks and benefits, please click on the Memberships page to see the full details of each package.

Q: How much does a monthly membership cost?
Membership pricing varies by plan. We offer a Bronze package starting at $10.99/month, a Silver package starting at $20.99/month and a Gold package starting at $30.99/month.

Usage & Access

Q: Are there any blackout dates?
Memberships are available to use 365 days a year however some dates are subject to availability should the park be closed, or have a private event.

Q: How long can I jump each day with a membership?
Each level membership offers a different set amount of time daily.  60, 90, and 120 minutes are the set increments with the Bronze package only available Monday through Thursday.  The Silver and Gold packages offer jumping seven days a week (Mon-Sun).

Q: Can I share my membership with friends or family?
No. Memberships are non-transferable and are valid only for the registered individual. Parent Passes and Buddy Passes are available for purchase in a limited quantity for the Silver and Gold packages.

Sign-Up & Management

Q: How do I sign up for a membership?
 You can sign up online from our website directly, or in the park on one of your visits.

Q: Is there a contract or commitment?
Our memberships do require a 3-month minimum commitment.  There is a $30 cancellation fee if you attempt to cancel your membership prior to the end of your 3-month commitment.

Q: How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel in person or through your online account. Cancellation policies vary—some require 7–10 days’ notice prior to your next billing cycle.

Billing & Payment

Q: When will I be billed?
Billing typically happens monthly on the same day you signed up.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards.  A valid card must be saved on file for the monthly auto-pay and to sign up for a membership in the first place. 

Q: What happens if my payment fails?
 Your account may be suspended until payment is updated. You’ll usually be notified via email.

Events, Perks & Extras

Q: Do members get discounts on birthday parties?
Yes! Members receive special discounts on party packages. Discount percentage varies based on membership package purchased.

Q: How do I get to use the Buddy Pass or Parent Pass with my membership?
The buddy/parent pass has a limit of two (2) uses per visit and depending on the level of the membership determines the price per buddy/parent pass.  The parent pass can only be used by the direct parent or guardian of the membership holder.  Each of these passes can be purchased at the park when the membership holder is checking in.

Q: Are there any special events for members?
There will be exclusive “Members Only” jump nights or early access events.  Follow us on social media to be made aware of when these specialty nights will take place throughout the year.

Q: Can I upgrade my membership later?
 Yes. You can usually upgrade at any time and pay the difference in price.
