You and your family are important to us, which is why at Max Air Tri-Cities we are making sure we take the proper procedural steps to ensure a safe, family fun environment where you can come in and experience an hour or two of fun, safety and cleanliness in these crazy times.
Safety has and will always be a top concern and priority for us here, and we want to assure you that we are doing whatever we can to keep you coming in our doors as a safe and fun entertainment venue. We hope to stay engaged with our customers regarding the COVID-19 coronavirus and have you know that we are staying as up to date with not only the state and the Governor’s recommendations but also with the local health district. We understand how this pandemic has affected all small businesses, ourselves included which is why we are committed to keeping our facility clean and safe for our customers to return.
CLEANLINESS IN THE PARK
New cleaning and safety procedures have been put in place to ensure your families and our employees stay safe while in the park. It is a standard practice for us at Max Air to conduct regularly scheduled routine cleaning and disinfecting of all our equipment and the facility as a whole. We have also advocated for professional cleaning services and have updated and increased our in-house cleaning procedures. You may see staff continually sanitizing frequently touched surfaces or equipment throughout the day, they may be resupplying soaps or hand sanitizers and paper products for guests with the main goal of keeping you safe.
In order to comply with the current guidelines for safety you may see a decreased amount of participants allowed into the facility, as well as times where certain areas of our facility are closed for more of a deep cleaning. Again keep in mind that this is for your safety and peace of mind. Our park is and will always strive to be a clean and safe environment for you and your family to come and enjoy some time just having fun!
