Birthday Party Packages FAQ
Booking & Packages
Q: What birthday party packages do you offer? We offer a variety of packages to suit different group sizes and budgets. Each typically includes jump time, a private party room, a party host, and food options.
Q: How do I book a party? Parties can be booked online, over the phone, or in person at the park. We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates.
Q: Is a deposit required to book? Yes, a non-refundable deposit ($125) is required to reserve your party. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
Party Schedule & Duration
Q: How long is the party? Each party is 2 hours long in length, the time is split between jumping and use of one of the private party rooms; however, how you use the time between jumping and the room is completely up to you. We do have to turnover the room at the two hour mark, so use your time wisely.
Q: When should guests arrive? We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to allow time for check-in, waiver signing, getting and wristbands.
Guests & Capacity
Q: How many guests are included in each package? Packages generally include 10–15 jumpers. Extra guests can be added for an additional fee. Each additional jumper added to a party is $22.00 per jumper.
Q: Do parents or non-jumping guests count toward the guest limit? Only paid jumpers count. Parents or spectators are welcome to watch for free.
Q: Is there a maximum number of guests allowed? Yes. For safety and space, we do have a cap on party size. Please contact us for large group or private party options.
Q: What if I have less than ten (10) jumpers for my party, do I get a discount or credit? No, our party packages are set up to include 10-15 jumpers depending on the package, that is the rate. No credit will be given if you have fewer jumpers than the designed package.
Q: Can I request a certain room for my party? Whatever room you book is typically the room you are going to get on the day of your event. No specific room is guaranteed and your room may be switched on the day of the event should something come up.
Food, Cake & Decorations
Q: Can we bring our own food or cake? Outside food is typically not allowed, but you can bring your own birthday cake or cupcakes. Food and drinks are provided with your party package or can be added on.
Q: What kind of food is included? Most packages include pizza, drinks, and snacks. You can often upgrade with additional food options like additional pizza, soda, dippin’ dots or party bags.
Q: Can I add additional pizzas or sodas to my party package? Yes, you can add additional pizzas or sodas when you book online or by calling in and adding them at any point prior to your party. All additions must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the party as we do purchase pizzas from an outside vendor. Any additions made later than that time frame and we cannot guarantee that they will be ordered or arrive on time.
Q: What if I don’t want the pizzas and soda, do I get a discount on the party? No, our packages are what they are, with or without the pizza or soda, the price remains the same.
Q: Can we decorate the party room? Yes, you can bring your own decorations! We allow balloons, banners, and table décor—but no confetti, glitter, or pinatas for safety reasons.
Waivers & Safety
Q: Do all guests need to sign a waiver? Yes. Every jumper must have a signed waiver. Waivers can be completed online in advance or in person on the day of the party.

Cancellations & Changes
Q: What is your cancellation policy? Deposits are non-refundable. You may reschedule your party with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.
Q: Can I upgrade or customize my party package? Absolutely! Add-ons like extra jumpers, food, or party favors are available. Ask us about current options.
